Photo of the Day

It's unlikely that there will be a photo of the day every day in May, but there's one for today. I was digging and mulching and planting and fertilizing in the garden today, and on my way down to the compost with a pile of raspberry canes (my arms have the scratches to prove it), I saw the sun setting behind the Japanese maple. Of course, then I had to run back to the house for the camera, so by the time I managed to take the photo, the perfect moment had passed (doesn't it always), but still. It's my photo of the day, and I'm sticking to it.
